No News is Good News
Really enjoyed this project when I got into it, although I realised it was very similar to the channel 'Dave' branding and logo design...

I found it particularly interesting to start thinking about the relation between the mailing list / target audience and the physical appearance and presence of the design. This was the first project where I took stock into account and realised the difference it can actually make, using watercolour stock and a simple black and white colour scheme gave the designs a sleek and professional aesthetic which fitted really well with my target audience.




Printing on both sides can be a massive / expensive pain!

Initially I had problems working out laying out the pages and keeping it aligned on both sides, but after a bit of help from James I learnt a great deal and now know how to layout designs for print.
