Had a good talk with Si this morning, great to get some feedback on my work and presenting myself. He spoke about the places where he saw me working and how my work attributed towards working in specific places. All of the places mentioned were places that I have looked up to and hope to work in some day, so all good in that aspect.
He also gave me the emails of a few people that he said I should get in touch with and mention that I he said I should speak to them. As he used to work in London he had a lot of contacts there which has benefited me massively.
Some of the people he mentioned to put me in touch with
— Accept & Proceed
— Elmwood
Some of the people he mentioned he saw me at
— Biblioteque
— Spin
Very very good to hear him say these places!

Portfolo Surgery — Craig (music)
My portfolio with Craig went really well, he said there were no major flaws in my portfolio and he was interested in the projects. This was a good sign after just seeing him present a lecture about all of the things he hated seeing in a portfolio. He has offered me an internship at Music, so all I need to do from here is arrange a day & time to start.

Portfolio surgery ~ Chris Jackson
Points Made;
~ Not necessary to include a CV, maybe include one for only portfolios
~ Possibly need more client orientated briefs - explore old competition briefs
~ Type needs to be dropped a weight to take away its prominence from the page
~ Good that I have included some personal projects
~ Really liked the Science of Spice brief
